| Members may book a place for a meet from 9am onwards on the Tuesday after the previous meet. Bookings must be made to the Booking secretary. Bookings must be done in personand no block bookings or booking for a friend is allowed (couples excepted). Bookings should be made at least a week in advance so that extra beds can be cancelled in good time. No guest names until a week after the bookings have opened. There may be some exceptions to these rules where, for example, island trips that involve ferry bookings are concerned. You will be informed by email of such special circumstances. Arrangements for booking foreign holidays will also be sent by email well in advance. | ||||
